At Cue the Candle, we take great care in crafting each candle with quality and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return policy is outlined below:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Candles must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@cuethecandle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Damaged Items

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different candle, please initiate a return and place a new order.

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will be happy to send a replacement.
